STEP-i application is a useful application for Unit Academic to make their work more systematic. This application is capable of tracking an employee’s location. The application will get their current location and will send the information to the server via GPS. With this technology, the user does not need to fill up google forms to submit to Head Department (HD).

This is a smart tool to monitor whether the user is at their work location or not. STEP-i also provides the user to submit their report duty with the use of text and photo to send to HD to prove that they have done their job at the right the location. Other than that, STEP-i can calculate the mileage within HD and work location. This is a good function for the user because they do not need to memorise how many miles they have travelled.

CAMPUS E-VOTING MOBILE APPLICATION

A voting system or electoral system is a method by which voters make a choice between options, often in an election. A voting system enforces rules to ensure valid voting, and how votes are counted and aggregated to yield a final result. The word “vote” means to choose from a list, to elect or to determine.

This application will serve as a guide to the proper flow of the voting event. Today, the voting system is widely known and used in almost all schools who exercise their right to vote specially in electing school officers by using smartphones.

E-TRAINING FOR CONTRACTOR’S MOBILE APPLICATION
